Remove WTS off Rip Off Report

Ripoff Report is a great site to make people aware of scams and rip offs, just not when the company accused is legitimate! Honestly people, WTS isnt a scam, go chat with the owner of the company, its no secret service. He has documented proof that its legal and everything. Apart from that what about all the investors who are about to be paid by money from the bookmakers overseas? What type of scam continues to pay investors after utilising the local money? We aren't being drip fed no more! I can't believe WTS was put on here just because someone accused it of being a scam without proof or even discussing the matter with the manager of the company. It seems like I could just say McDonalds is a scam and it will be posted on here. So until someone can actually prove its a scam, WTS should not be on RipOff Report! THANK YOU

I joined WTS September '07. At first I thought; 'Here we go' as my account was pretty much inactive. I called to complain and see what was happening. This was towards the end of October. I was told that the company was in the midst of a change over, and that everything would be moving forward and there would be a lot of trading going on once this was sorted. I asked for the new owners name, and was told quite openly, that it was a guy called Alan Davenport and that he would be the man in charge. I ran a few background checks and found nothing. I thought, well, I've come this far, I may as well stick it out. I've kept my account open and things have changed. More trades are being done on live events and wherever they received their information from, or how they do it, I don't know, but I could log in at any time and see my balance and the history of what was going where. There are a few negative trades, but you can't have it all, and certainly overall I am not rolling in it, but I am close to about quarter of my outlay back as I write this today, 20 February '08. My account balance to begin with wasn't huge, and I know my friend who referred me has a lot more, but she can afford it, I can't. Even so, I don't think it is too bad how I'm doing if you start it from November. I am more than happy with what they are doing, and in all fairness to them, once the new guy took over, they have done exactly what they initially said they would do and that is use my money to look for trades on events. It isn't rocket science or anything complicated, but I am making money. I am happy, and I don't understand why there is this stuff on here about them. The owner even offered for me to go in to the office to meet him and have a chat - I was pretty shocked when that was said as it seems pretty up front to me. I have been contacted by some of the above companies that are listed, and my mum was done for about $10,000 by one of them, but at this moment in time I am OK with WTS and going good. I suppose there are shonks about the place and you are going to get that with anything, but ask yourself this; how many of the companies listed above would allow you to walk in and meet their owner? I know the one my mum used didn't even return phone calls so you decide. I don't know if they use all clients accounts on the same events or what, but I can only speak for me and I am fine. Maybe the person whinging about WTS is actually from another company and put out because their suffering beause of this, I don't know. All I'll say is fair play to WTS and the friendly girl who normally answers my phone calls, and the rest of the team there. They have always been polite and courteous when I've called them, and I can't really expect more from them.

I noticed you didn't comment thay they took your money - you just said stay away. I am a member and have received the drawdown I requested (I have only requested one). I am very happy with my results so far. If this company has ripped you off - have you tried reporting it to either or both ASIC or ACCC. I would genuinely like to know as I have referred others.

WTS Investments Pty Ltd soley owned by Allan Davenport has nothing to do with Rhodes Peninsular. As a very satisfied investor, I object strongly to unfounded and inaccurate reports in the ripoff report. As I have said before show us some evidence, let the unsatisfied so called "ripped off" investors come to the office, instead of hiding behind a keyboard, and talk about their problem if any, the way we did in the old days before we had computers. From my own personal experience, Wts Investments have been a solid genuine company dedicated to their investors best interest and I know of at least 100 other investors of the same opinion, even after reading these malicious, inaccurate accusations. The arbitrage system does work, and doesnt neccessarily have to be controlled by scammers and ripoffs. Give the company a fair go, because that is what they are doing with their investors, and as RIPOFF REPORT clearly advertises "let the TRUTH be known"!
