Our company handles some aspects of customer service for Living Lean. If you are at this site then it is probably because we failed you somewhere in the customer service process and I would like the opportunity to make it right. Unfortunately I was unable to locate an account for Janette, Living Lean is a bonus program that would have accompanied an order that you may have placed for Tea. You had a free trial period, if you did not wish to continue the program you simply needed to contact Living Lean's customer service department and express a desire to cancel prior to the end of the trial period or anytime thereafter. My apologies that you had such difficulty with the customer service department. I looked this situation up after I had called the number related to this website on my Credit Card statement. Now I know what it was linked to! Oddly enough I ordered the tea over a year ago and it wasn't until March of 2009 that I saw my first charge of $19.95 from ANewLeanYou.com. I found it funny that they have a special spot on their website just to acknowledge unauthorized charges to your Credit Card. Shady much? I called the number right away, I talked to an 'Alfred' and told them that I had no idea what this charge was about and that I've never been to this website. They offered to cancel the account, but I then said, "So I dispute the charge through my Credit Card company then?" He immediately offered to refund the money and gave me the confirmation refund code after the process had been completed. I wrote down the information of course in case I have any problems. Having completed this ordeal not more then 5 minutes ago I can only hope at this point it is resolved.
