Have contacted company several times been told that refunds have been
made, ( never received and my bank confirmed never reached my account)
constantly had to chase this company calling daily from the UK  001866098908949


I did eventually have one
refund of $58.76 after 2 months(charged card june 26th 2009 ) refunded 17th
September 2009 finally after hassling for 2 months. I am still owed
$64.90 for payments that they took from my card after I had cancelled this
with them.



I am constantly emailing
  Shalyn , she is the so called refund manager at WuYisource.com or at least that
is the title she seems to like to use!
( having to use password in
email subject - watermelon - Now in hindsight thats dodgy and should have smelt a bnig fat rat!! Apparently he is !!

 I Have
seen lots of complaint forums on this company and chasing them now more
out of principle of myself and all the others they have stung!!

They
use a forwarding company over here in the UK  BTB Mailflight LTD, unit
2B Viking Industrial Estate, Hudson Road, Bedford MK41 0QB UK help line
0-800-047-0987.

 I originally signed up for this as a free trial HA HA!! and they have helped themselves to my money 3 times since cancelling
with them, the product made me ill and spent 3 days in bed, so not only
are they ripping folk they could be possibly causing some serious costly health issues for folk in th US, who could possibly not afford health care bills too!

They have been reported to the Federal Trade Commission/Trading standards in the UK
PLEASE BE WARNED THEY ARE SCAM, THE COMPANY SEEMS TO BE SCATTERED HERE THERE AND EVERYWHERE! PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THEM AND HELP THEM LIVE A GRAND LIFESTYLE AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS ALSO BE WARNED THIS COULD MAKE YOU ILL, I SPENT 3 DAYS IN BED WITH SERIOUS TUMMY ISSUES AND SEARING HEADACHES!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN SLIMEBAGS AND I HOPE THEY GET WHATS COMING TO THEM!!!

Further to your comments I have followed the cancellation process to the letter



Returned goods on time submitted confirmation; this has been accepted and noted on



Your system and I have been given cancellation number. I have had 1 refund and been told the following in an email and this is the communication to date  



Since the last email 28th September 2009 from a so called Manager of customer services, I have not received any further refunds as promised or communication.



To me this is the worst business practice and hence, why I feel I have been totally



Scammed along with all the hundreds of others. If this was not the case then why



Have I not received any more refunds as promised by your company??? That apparently had been refunded???? The payments that your company took were



Taken from account after you had received the products back and after I had a cancellation number from your company????



As for emailing and calling, I called your customer services virtually everyday



And they were a dead loss and would not deal with my case, and always said that I had to be passed to someone else and then I was told to only email this person using the code watermelon, as this was my way of contact! Convenient!!!!



 



I still to date have not received my refund or had any communication from this so called manager Shalyn!!  So why tell me have I not been scammed, if I treated my



Customers this way I would have a business!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe you could sort this



Then as you say its not a scam and your there to help and you could refund this



Money back to that was taken, when the company had no right to take it !!!

Many thanks for your reply. I have received the 2nd refund as showing in my account on Friday
18th September. With regards to the first refund of $59.95 this has never reached my account
and I have both statements and spoken to my bank and they have told me the same, can you please
check your statements that end to see if this amount left your end , as I have most definitely not
had the refund.

Can you please just make the refund back to my card as you did previously with the 2nd refund
on the 17th September, as that reached my account ok and within 2 days of you processing this.
I think that with me being in the UK that a cheque would cause even more problems!

I hope that this will be ok and can you please advise if this is possible
