I have emailed you and talked with your employees, they have all the information needed to refund me. There was no problem processing the order!! Now that there is a refund issue I keep getting the run around. You have my information, if you are an honest company then send me the refund you promised and we can then end this issue. Kimberly

Hello, Kim, i have looked into your order that you supposedly did not get a refund for. I have reviewed every chat that you have with our live agents and you were given instructions to email the manager about your refund status. There was an error in trying to refund to your credit card company so we would have sent you a check, but you have not taken the time to email me about it. We are here to help you in this situation if you will take the time to send us an email. Please get back to me so we can sort this out.
