Car note is due on the 20th of every month. So, on the 20th which was a Saturday, so I called Troy to inform him that I would be calling on Monday to pay $400 for the month of March he said it was fine. But on the 21st Troy they sent

somebody to my house telling me that he was to confiscate the vehicle for failure to pay. Then, when I tried to give their guy the car payment he told me that he didn't want my money all he wanted was their truck. Wow what a scam. I hope people will learn their lesson and go to big companies like Cxxx.com or Cxxxxxt.com (((REDACTED)))

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! If the payment is DUE on the 20th...its DUE on the 20th, not 21, 22, 23 or 24.  If the 20th is a Saturday or holiday then its YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to find out when the payment needs to be there.  This is a sub-prime lender because YOU made YOURSELF a sub-prime borrower.  Sub-prime lenders DON'T FOOL AROUND.  When the payment is due...IT IS DUE!

NO FRAUD HERE.  Just your failure to find out for sure when the payment is due because the due-date falls on a Saturday.
