Www.bluebeartoys.com ripped me off, took money, did not send product, web site no longer online New York
I was directed to the web site from another web site while trying to purchase a personal gaming system. after a few days I got online to check the status of my order and it said everything was fine and the product would be shipping soon. well, it said the same exact thing one week later when I still hadn't received my product. the phone numbers that were provided were all bogus too. everytime i called, no matter what time of the day or night, it answered with a recording stating "we are now closed, please call back during normal business hours." I attempted to send emails through the site and got not one single reply.
i reported it to my back as to get my money back and then checked the web site again to check the status of my order and the web site is gone. it redirects you to some other company that appears to have been in charge of building the site for the "bluebeartoys" company and it basically looks like they took the web site down because "bluebeartoys" didn't pay them for the site. this site is junk and should not cause anyone anymore problems but in case they should show up on the net again, i would strongly advise to never go there or buy anything from them. especially if you like your money and don't want to just give it to some scam artist.
