I placed a $374.99 order for a tailored leather jacked with Leather-Shop.biz on 10/14/2015. The website said, and still says, "Average Delivery Time is 3-4 Weeks".
On the 5th week, 11/18/2016, my order still said "awaiting fullfilment", so I used their website to message them and as for status. I received no reply and my order status did not change, so messaged them again on the 6th week, 11/25/2015.
Again I received no reply and my order status did not change, so I messaged them again on the 7th week, 12/2/2015.
Then I received a reply stating that my order would ship by the end of the week and I would receive an email with the tracking number. The next day my order changed to "Awaiting shipment".
On the 8th week, 12/9, nothing had changed and I still had no tracking number, so I messaged again asking for status. I again received no reply and messaged again the 9th week, on 12/16/15.
Again I received no reply, but ended up getting a tracking number email from Paypal, not from the company, on 12/20/15.
The items ship from Pakistan, which I'm okay with, but thought I'd point that out for anyone else.
The item arrived quickly after it actually shipped, on 12/22/15, and it is not what I ordered. Not cut to the provided measurements in the shoulders, the neck is 2-3 inches too tight, the $20 zip out liner I requested and paid for isn't here, and the $20 vent zippers I paid for are not included.
I have messaged them again about the issue, but I seriously doubt I'll even get a reply based on the previous 10 week experience. I'm also not excited about having to wait another 10 weeks for them to make what I actually ordered. At this point, I'm just speechless and disappointed. I've never experienced customer service this bad.
