My husband Darnell worked for Timothy Foster and Simone Davey and they ripped him off. They insisted on paying him cash and we have no records of w-2 for tax purposes. They claimed that it was working under the table to avoid paying taxes. I asked them to pay the money or I would write this for the public to know about the shady dealings about them.
First off:
They are not a real painting company. They want to pay painters a cash wage daily. My husband said they would go and pick up day laborers standing at 7-11 and Home Depot. The owner Tim has a H2 Hummer and he thinks he's a rap music star with his jewelry. I've heard stories of drug and alcohol abuse about him. Regardless they are not trustworthy just giving the public a fair warning.

This is Simone with Tim's Tidy Touch Painting. Whoever posted this review is a scam. We have not in our 7yrs of business worked with any employee or have record of this person who is claiming to be Darnell worked for us in the 7 years we been in busines. I'm very mad upset that someone posted pictures of the owner with his child. How did someone find personal picture of our families. This is clearly a scam and this post needs to be removed. Whoever is doing this is trying to Tarnish our image and company name. I have contacted ripoff fraud department, State Police, and other authority on finding this person that post these false repost on our company.
