www.TranscribeNow.net Fails to Deliver Transcriptions on Time & Will Not Honor Its Guarantee Cordova, Alabama
Transcribe now will offer the client a set delivery date with a guarantee that "if your transcription is not delivered to you within the timeframe selected, you will receive a full refund and your transcription". However, my transcription was delivered ten days late, and my money was never refunded. When I requested a refund. I was told that because the people in the transcription spoke with a foreign accent that it voided the guarantee. However, at no point did Transcribe Now ever tell me that there would be a delay in the delivery of the transcripts or that there was a problems in terms of foreign accents that would cause a delay.
