There are several errors in this report: 1. This person was an affiliate of Host Boys/Blaster Boys, just as I was, and had purchased resell rights (or give away) to a blaster that Hb/Bb sold to MANY people. 2. This person purchased the same Adblaster as I had. 3. This person did not own "exclusive" or sole rights to this blaster, she had resell (or give away) rights. Just as I had. 4. As I also had resell or give away rights to the blaster I chose to give it away to my members as a 'value-added' resource, along with several other blasters. This is consistent in the marketing industry. Many times program owners will give blasters or the use of blasters away to their members. This is a means of enhancing a program and attracting members. I do this still now. 5. We had extensive correspondence in which I provided receipt/proof of purchase of my blaster. 6. This same blaster was also being GIVEN AWAY in email ad campaigns at the same time this person contacted me demanding I remove the blaster from my site. I provided copies of the emails and persons who were giving away the same blaster in their campaigns. I appreciate your service. It is important to report fraud and rip-off when ever it occurs. It is equally important to be FACTUAL in reporting these matters. Filing a false claim, as this person did, is really not cool. Sincerely, Cherie Halliday http://www.xtreamsurf.com
