Here is the out come of the game; It took two e-mails and one letter to resolve this without going to court. One e-mail and one letter to Wynns V.P. Mr. Paul Guelmes, 6303 Blue Lagoon Drive, Suite 225, Miami, Florida 33126 phone# 1-(305)-266-5665 fax# 1-(305)-261-4465 and one e-mail to the Attorney General. I want to personally thank those two individuals for stepping up to the plate when the others went back to the dugout. I received two checks from Wynns for a total of $823.81 out of the $1,891.85 out of my pocket expenses. (If I ended up in court, the out of my pocket expenses, court costs, attorney fees, lost wages, e.t.c would have equalled $5,000.00 that I would have asked the court to award me.) The difference of $1,068.04 that I did not get reimbursed for lies in the contract "we only pay certain amounts, under certain conditions, not including, limited to, excluding your deductible, and not covered parts clause" The best advice I can give you is to go strait to the top with complaints, include the Attorney General, FULLY understand what the contract is telling you, if you don't fully understand the contract don't purchase it, beware of any contract because they are worded in the favor of the company, not you. Learn from my mistakes and others, I spent countless hours, phone calls, letters, money, and emotions on this game. It would have been easier to not purchase the extended warranty and use that money for repairs that may or may not have arised.

In response to cake eating, Wynn's gladly takes consumers money, uses it for their billion dollar revenue, denies many claims to keep their portion as full as possible, and gives crumbs to those who have claims. Wynn's likes to change the ingredients to keep their cake portion bigger. People like you who say that you can't have your cake and eat it too, either work for the company, or haven't had their slice eaten(ripped off). If Wynn's can consume my portion, keep their portion, and leave an empty plate for the dishwasher, why can't everyone else? Who knows, after court everyone may have a bigger portion and a side of ice cream. I will leave that "cake and eat it too" portion up to the court. Their million portions for everyone to share or my five thousand crumbs. It's all icing on the cake!

So you want ALL your money back, PLUS you want them to PAY ALL Claims that you have. Sounds like YOU are trying to RIP-OFF this company. Why dont you PAY for the repairs & let them REFUND Your money or let them PAY for the Claims & they keep what you have paid them. SORRY, You cant have your cake & eat it too.
