I bought a warrenty from Wynns for a used truck. It broke down 13 days after I bought it. The engine blew, it took them at least 8 days to even finish. Ok, a new engine, then it broke down again 2 days later they wanted to have one complete claim from the first so they wouldn't have to pay anymore they only allow $4000.00 per claim so they tried to get the 2nd one all together even though it was a totally seperate item that broke down. Well, we won that one.

Then yes, it broke down again something else a heater core tehy refused to pay for that, but luckly the car dealer did, now when we sent in our rental slip for about $250.00, they only paid us $90.00 they said that does not include weekends even though it does not say that in our contract. It does say it will pay for 2 addtional days if there is a delay which there was due to it being Easter weekend and them taking forever to authorize the work to begin.

There should be something done about this company they are rude and try to belittle you evertime you call, ..watch this company.

It took more effort to fight them. It was not worth it..
