So did you contact the company before returning this item & recieve a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) ???? Just because you sent it back CERTIFIED or whatever doesnt mean the company is obligated to refund you any money. They completed the SALE when you recieved the iten that you ordered from them. You sending it back without permission is the same as if you had recieved a item without ordering it. You would be under NO OBLIGATION to return it or anything. In Fact the US POSTAL SERVICE & COURTS have ruled that items recieved without prior authorization are yours to keep as you never requested, ordered or did anything to get it. So why should you have to spend your time, effort or money returning something to someone who made the mistake. So without the RMA it is the same. You sent this company a FREE PRODUCT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!! Now if you have a RMA # from them, I would demand they resolve this and determine the status of this return. A RMA # is the same as a PURCHASE ORDER # and such. It carries LEGAL WEIGHT with a court. Without it, you are out in the cold. GOOD LUCK !!!!
