I worked for this company and these men for several months. I had a horrible experience there. They discriminated against my disability, mocked it, discriminated against my beliefs and forced me to take off my cross, mocked my religion, as well as making sexual remarks about my husband's genitalia. One of the owners stuffed dollar bills into my shirt as well. My first day there I was told that they had found a "loophole" and hadn't paid or declared their taxes in 6+ years and that was the reason they were able to pay me below minimum wage. They made me constantly work hours I was not paid for and insinuated that my disobedience to working off the clock would result in termination from my job. I was not paid for my full hours as they would skim off an hour or two here or there on my paychecks (he blatantly admitted this as he would count my punch-in cards.) They did not follow health code as they would bring their pet dog into the salon. Upon resignation, I was threatened and harassed for weeks with threats of physical violence, they called my home and harassed my parents, texted my cell phone, and emailed me constantly. They threatened to put me in jail because they "knew people" higher up. To this day the harassment continues.

This Is A Disgruntled Ex-Employee Who Worked Here For One Month Before She Was Arrested
In Williamson County For Her Second Family Violence AssaultCharge, For Which She Was Eventually Sentenced. The X-Treme Tan Family Worked With Her, Accepted Her Late Calls At 1 AM In The Morning, Believed Her Stories About Abuse She Suffered By Her Husband & Failure To Show Up On Several Occasions Until She Finally Missed A Week Of Work While In Williamson County Jail, At
Which Time We Were Forced To Hire Someone To Replace Her. Fortunately, The X-Treme Tan Family's Belief In Taking Care Of One Another As Family Has Not Diminished. We Now Sponsor The X-Treme Tans For Cans Donations Drive To Support The Hope Alliance Womens Abuse Shelter Of Williamson County & Local Churches.
Everything In This Complaint Is Fraudulent & Has Nothing To Do With The Great Customer Service & High Quality Product We Have Always Delivered. We Had No Reason To Discriminate About Her,
Nor Anyones Disabilities, Since We Hired Her The Way She Was & She Was A Relatively Good Employee, Until The Law Got Involved. Our Family Does Community Sponsorships Regularly With Local Charities & Churches Who Tend To The Under Privileged & Needy. Our Family Attends Church Regularly & We Have A Cross With A Picture Of Our Savior Jesus Christ Hanging Behind Our Front

Received A Speeding Ticket In Her Life & Lives In Arizona. X-Treme Tan Has No Affiliation With
Aus-Tan On Any Level & Never Has. We Are A Brand New Tanning Salon Providing New Concepts To Tanning Salon Services.
She Did Not Resign, She Was Fired For Getting Arrested & Missing Work, Which Is A No Call/No Show In Any Industry. When I Called Her Mother, Once, To Ask About Her Whereabouts After
She Had Disappeared, Her Mother Thanked Me For Calling Her & Blamed Her Disappearance On Her Husband. The Last Jail Records Indicate That She Has Been Arrested A 3rd Time For Stalking & Re-Arrested For Breaking Her Bail Bond. To This Day We Have Not Heard Back From Her, Harrassed Her Nor Stalked Her. We Simply Fired Her, Which Is Why She Attacked Us Here Online. We Do Wish Her Well In Her Future & Believe All Good Things Come To Those Who Believe In The Lord.
