Decided on Laborday WE to get a new TV antenna- picke one at random, $35 free shipping and hit the "one click" Amazon button. Well- hidden in the ad some where was a shipping choice invisable to me. The credit card was charged an extra $10. for shipping and the item was not in stock - so I imediately found the order thru Amazon and canceled- That was immediately followed by a "can not cancel" flag- Several e-mails with Amazon said sorry you screwed up and return it and you pay another $10 to ship it back. Then they said it was shipped already- sure sat laborday WE- a check with UPS said they had recieved a notice of intend to ship.  Like maybe tues.- still won't cancel the order- claimed it has shipped already.

This is totally unacceptable-
