XAVIER EXOTIC BOTANICALS 30 DAY REFUND Promised I got the worst headache I ever had, and was sick for two days. Colorado Springs, Colorado
Xavier Exotic Botanicals has been sending out email advertisements about how good and relaxing their products are.
They are a rip off!! I ordered their products, not worried since they have a 30 day refund statement on their website. I tried to use the products as the instructions said.
I got the worst headache I ever had, and I was sick for two days. After contacting the company by email and over the phone, I was told to send back the products and I would get a refund. After sending back the products I recieved a phone call from them to tell me that I would recieve only a 50% refund back (I had already spent $121.00 on their rip off product).
When I tried to question this, they hung up the phone on me (very rude business practice) and I can not get thru to them because they now have their answering machine on all the time, and they have not returned my calls. I am now without the product and my money. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau of Colorado Springs and I hope they can help me get my money back.
Do not order from this dishonest company, tell your friends to avoid this company. I am doing so in my state. My hope is that this very rude and dishonest company is put out of business. They are a total Rip Off!!!

Watch out for these dishonest people, after my bbb complaint and the recent ripoff report on them. They have mysteriously shut down their old website and opened another one. I am updating this report to warn everyone to watch out for these rip off artists!!!!

THEY CLAIM 100% SATISFACTION AND A 30 DAY REFUND. BUT, JUST TRY TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO GET 50% BACK, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO ARGUE WITH VERY RUDE AND IMPERSONAL STAFF OVER THE PHONE.
