I place my order on december 31st of 2005 knowing the item was on backorder until the 4th of january 2006. the 4th came and went and it still hadn't been delivered. i found out at that time that they have no phone number anywhere on the website. all they have is a system to log a ticket. i have logged about 3 or 4 tickets now and they keep giving me the same response: it will here early next week..., it will be here later this week..., ect.. i currently have a ticket logged going on 4 plus days without a response. when i called my credit card to get my money back they were able to give me a number to call to get the charge reversed. when i call the number is some guy's voicemail and it is full so i can't even leave a message.
