Xchange Telecom UNRELIABLE SERVICE Brooklyn New York
If I could give this company a big fat ZERO stars I would! We have a business in NY and our 7 lines are being serviced by Xchange Telecom. Problem with our lines started 3 WEEKS AGO and Xchange Telecom would not help us fix it! They gave us the run around with useless instructions and did not even send a technician! They chose to put us in this position. We have NO SERVICE since 3 WEEKS up to today!!! How much business we lost, we can't tell or recoup. But what we can tell is that this company is very deplorable! We finally got a new company to fix our lines and found out that Xchange Telecom would not release our lines to the new company! They delayed and delayed! Then we found out that the person who installed our phones, Singh of Spacecom Telephone Systems, is in bed with this people! Singh could've fixed our lines in a couple of hours. But Singh won't fix our phones and Xchange Telecom won't release our lines! Absolutely absurd! We don't owe them a dime! They are unprofessional and a disaster to work with! STAY AWAY FROM XCHANGE TELECOM AND STAY AWAY FROM SPACECOM TELEPHONE SYSTEMS! Unless you want unreliable, unprofessional and bad customer service!
