BUYERS BEWARE. AVOID THIS SELLER. We purchased a number of MEDICAL ALTERNATING AIR MATTRESSES WITH ALTERNATING AIR PUMPS. We explained in many email EXACTLY what we required. Ping Wang "CARTER" talked us into purchasing 10-50mmHg very soft pressure relief for pressure ulcers. NOT ON WEBSITE, WHY? We also asked and requested micro holes - customized + EXPLAINED EXACTLY what We required. We paid Mr Ping Wang, him and Susan Wang, said they had to make them. We ordered less than a handful. MANY MONTHS WERE PASSING, and every time we communicated with the WANG'S they said there not ready yet!
AFTER FOUR MONTHS the WANG'S said they were shipped out, WANG didn't pay correct shipment costs. So we had to pay extra shipment costs & customs costs. When we opened + set up NONE had MICRO HOLES, CUSTOMISED VENTILATED, as we REQUESTED as its very hot here, and none were 10-50mmHg pump pressure, which we needed + PAID for this. Some were NOT deep cell mattresses, as we requested, and paid for, + to top it, ALL MATTRESSES + PUMPS did NOT ALTERNATE as they should and as described. variations PERMANENTLY HARD CELLS. Items sent us were of no use to patients with STAGE 3, 4 +5 pressure ulsers. After in communication PING WANG just waists time talking rubbish. AVOID THIS SELLER, BUYERS BEWARE.
