this company pursud me to the point of harrassement to sign on with them, promising a 2 for 1 special to publish my books. Too many errors to report here and they refused to correct them unless I paid additional money. Very pushy about adding on additional services , always wanting your credit card info. Very rude customer service. Insulting at times. I cancelled thier "marketing package of 3000$ " only to have them harrasse me continuously to pay any way. Averaged 5 to 7 calls daily to late in the night. No one seemed to know what the other xlibris staff were doing. Got several phone calls from different staff asking me the same question. Most annoying. Argumentive staff. Total lack of respect or courtesy. They should all be fired!

Hi i signed up with Xlibris in 2011 and was promised everything.Things have gone bad to worse in that they lied about the costs of publishing and now are pocking all of the royalties earned from my two books.I'd like any fellow authors to join me in filing a class action lawsuit against them as it is unjust to have a company ripoff the work done by others.
