The very best way to deal with these people is not to use them anymore. They have a virtual monopoly in the US so they get very arrogant. Let them go.

Yes, they are hurting so they double charge the small business owner thinking that they can't hurt the big XM. Which small business owner had the pockets to handle the big boys?

Hi..
Just too let you know there are private 3rd party monitoring services that provide print outs of what ads played on most XM/Sirius stations. Some of these companies can go back as much as 5 to 10 years. Not sure if you would be willing to pay for such a service.. I think (((Redacted))) might be one. I am not sure if they do local ads in specific markets, but might want to give them a try.
Otherwise you can find various types of software that can record an entire 24 hours of audio, and skim thru the entire day. I think Replay Radio is one program that comes to mind. It used to be about $25.00 to $35.00. Worse comes to worse you can record 6 hours on a VCR to prove the ads didn't play.

We paid for ads - not the first time - and sure enough, we were sitting there all day and the ads did not play.
