Xsport Fitness Schaumburg Stephanie, Adrienne, Hennessy, Alfredo No means No, Sales Pitch is over! Talks after No is just Personal and NOT BUSINESS!! Schaumburg, Illinois
I am a member/friend of Xsport Fitness. I've been shopping and spending most of the last 3 months at Woodfield Mall located in Schaumburg, Il. Xsport has leased a kiosk trying to solicit memberships to consumers of Woodfield. I am friends with all Xsport Sales Staff at that location. This report is about a personal dispute of sales ethics between myself and Sales Staff Stephanie.
I witnessed Stephanie approach 2 gentleman with her Xsport Membership pitch. Both men strongly declined her offer and stated, "We were members of L.A. Fitness but are no longer and don't care to work out. We are internet business men from Indiana." I was at the kiosk just like am every other day because of my lifestyle (ex-entrepeneur getting back into the game looking for vast investment projects). Once I heard the gentleman response of "NO" to Stephanie; IMO, their intentions were not Xsport Fitness but that of Salesperson Stephanie. Stephanie, IMO, played along in order to obtain contact info (weather or not the gentlemans intent for membership?) just to have something to report to Adrienne, Hennessy, or Alfredo at the end of the day. I called her on her actions and she completely denied and turned it around on Me! Stephanie said I was out of line for being a "BIG BROTHER". She said she was trying to build a relationship. They said "NO". It's the other way around; build relationship first (trust), then share what your business has to offer. Then obtain contact info.
It doesn't end there, Salesperson Stephanie of Xsport made false claims/allegations of Me To Xsport Management Adrienne & Hennessy and contacted Schaumburg PD. Schaumburg PD contacted Me,( one guy spending all his money at Woodfield) that I was harassing Xsport Kiosk to cover her sales blunder. Schaumburg Pd was contacted over a Personal Dispute on Sales Ethics and Morals? Give me a break! Xsport Fitness, shame on you. You're trying to cover up Stephanie's bad conduct of panhandling/solicitations. People at this time of season go to the mall to buy gifts for Christmas. If they really wanted gym membership they would go to a building where there is excercise equipment. Schaumburg PD did not have to be contacted over a personal dispute.

The purpose of these reports were to bring attention to how people treat one another. "The ends justifies the means." There is more to life than MONEY. Facts, Evidence, and Interactions with Xsport Staff and Legal Team were posted INTENTIONALLY. The World Wide Web and Multiple Web Sites as this is just Entertainment. Nobody HAS LEGAL GROUNDS OF ACTION. This website and others are merely arbitrators/ forums of Rants and Raves of Scams, Injustices, etc.

THERE ARE NO XSPORTS FITNESS CLUBS LOCATED IN INDIANA. XSPORT HAS DEFAMED MR.CAP SARY. MR. SARY IS A BALLER (MR. FITNESS).HE IS ALSO A MEMBER OF ALL 3 MAJOR HEALTH CLUBS. LIFETIME,XSPORT, AND LA FITNESS. HE'S BEEN SHOPPING RELIGIOUSLY AT WOODFIELD MALL EVERY OTHER DAY FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS. FALSE ALLEGATIONS WERE MADE, SCHAUMBURG PD WERE CALLLED. MR. SARY WAS NEVER CHARGED WITH ANY HARASSMENT CHARGE OR TRESPASSING.
CLAIMS MADE BY SCHAUMBURG KIOSK WERE FALSE. SCHAUMBURG PD TELEPHONED MR. SARY AND GREETED HIM AT THE MALL WITH A WARNING BASED ON XSPORT KIOSK ACCUSATIONS (12/22-12/24). MR. SARY'S REPUTATION WAS DAMAGED, HE WAS EMBARRASSED, AND NOW HAS TO AVOID SCHAUMBURG XSPORT KIOSK TO SHOP. MR. SARY HAS TO GO AROUND AND OUT TO SHOP AT NORDSTORM WHERE HE'S ALSO KNOWN AS THE "CANDY MAN"...ask Steven.
Ever since false allegations made, securtiy follows Mr.Sary around as if He's a "Lethal Weapon". Another FALSE CLAIM made by SCHAUMBURG XSPORT saying Mr. Sary was going to DOWNERS GROVE XSPORT TO BEAT UP PATRONS. I was a proud member of xsport and friends with all schaumburg sales kiosk as well Henessy BEFORE STEPHANIE'S BLUNDER OF A COVER UP. I've built relationships with members and staff at the XSPORT CHICAGO (STATE) (DOWNERS GROVE) (LOMBARD) & (NAPERVILLE).
SHAME ON YOU FOR THE NAPERVILLE INCIDENT. XSPORT TERMINATED A MEMBERSHIP THAT WAS PAID IN FULL (1 YEAR) ALLEGATIONS MADE IN SCHAUMBURG ARE FALSE. THERE WERE NO CHARGES AGAINST MR. SARY. XSPORT SCHAUMBURG HAS DEFAMED MR. SARY. Any intentional false communication, either written or spoken, that harms a person's reputation; decreases the respect, regard, or confidence in which a person is held; or induces disparaging, hostile, or disagreeable opinions or feelings against a person.
XSPORT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING MR. SARY'S MEMBERSHIP (PRO RATE) ($500) AS WELL AS SETTLING DEFAMATION OF MR. CAP SARY FOR $222,000,000 (222 MILLION DOLLARS)(Any intentional false communication, either written or spoken, that harms a person's reputation; decreases the respect, regard, or confidence in which a person is held; or induces disparaging, hostile, or disagreeable opinions or feelings against a person). ONCE AGREED, A CLOSING DOCUMENT/RELEASE WILL FORMALLY CONCLUDE ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE CLAIMS AGAINST XSPORT SCHAUMBURG.
