I agreed ONLINE to pay the $5.34 for a 30 day trial period. Well when I got another package in the mail from the same shipping address (not even a month later) I did not open the package, I just automatically called the Customer Service number (888-534-3598) and was told that I was informed online that I had to call back within 15 days to cancel any future orders. So, they charged my credit card $99.90. I proceeded to tell them that I did not want to receive any more of their products and I certainly did not authorize a charge to my credit card. They said that was the rules (that were never online nor on my order form from the trial offer). I said I wanted to talk to a manager. She told me there was no manager and that she was the only one who could handle the situation. I kept insisting and she put another woman on the line who repeated exactly what the other woman said. She said that she was one of the managers (Sheena) and the only thing she could do for me is take $25 off my charge and cancel my account. But I was not satisfied with only $25 taken off. I told her again that I wanted to send their product back and they needed to refund me my money back. I read to her what the invoice said, “ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURNED MERCHANDISE ATHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. PLEASE CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOUND ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR RETURNS.” She hung up on me after less than 5 minutes after stating that would be the case if they sent you the wrong product. And this was supposed to be a professional in a managerial position. So, I called the number on the Xtreme HCA bottle (888-991-6968) and was told the exact same thing by a guy named Joe. They won't do the right thing and even return the product for a refund. I was definitely lied to. The company rips you off and takes your money without providing the satisfaction guarantee they supposedly say they offer. I am very unhappy about the way Xtreme HCA does NOT take care of their customers. They are all like robots saying the same thing verbatim. They only have a distribution address and not a product address. Horrible Company! Horrible Customer Service! I am a disabled retired widow and I want my money back!

I've read all these complaints and the exact same thing happend to me. I have also contacted tha attorney general through the link another complaint had listed. These people are scam artists and are ripping people off every day. I don't know how they sleep at night. But something you all can do is dispute the charge with your credit card company. I explained the entire situation to mine and they sound very confident that they will get me back ALL of my money. 

Don't give up! Fight for what's yours and for what's right! Noone should be able to get away with stealing others hard earned living.

 This company contacted me about an add I had previously looked up on line on Garcinia Cambogia. They said they would pay me $5 bucks a pound I loss within 30 days. They also said I would receive 30 day free trial to try the product for only $4.95 shipping and handling. When I tried to give them my credit information they said in 15 days I would have to call in and cancel my subscription or they would charge me $49.95 for the following month. I asked if I could just call back after the 30 days to continue the subscription if I was satisfied but he told me I would have to call back and cancel in 15 days. That's expecting someone to see results in 2 weeks time..not possible. I told him if I had 30 days of trial, why would u take more money from my credit card for another months subscription in only 15 days? He couldn't answer the question so I said just cancel the whole thing sir..have a good day. I was called back three days later by another rep who was very rude. After asking further questions about this product he hung up in my face. Days later I was contacted again and I questioned the rep about what was in the product and she could not tell me. She called back and said she think it's 800% in the product per drop but consumers review after doing multiple research wk stated that the best chances of this product working requires a minimum of 1000mg. They were 200mg under. She stated it has 80% Garcinia and 20% water..I'm almost willing to bet it's the other way around!!!

Product name changed every 90 days , employees kicked out if no sale within the day before lunch , products are added without consent of purchaser , will charge if 15 days exceed with additional products like DVDs or another drug supplement , actuall price of products is around 20 bucks , 4350 West Chandler Blvd, Suite 10 85226 Arizona , 18882944134 , customer service will purposely ignore you if the know you ordered something to make you pay additional fees. customers and employees are treated badly in this company with promises and results.

As I read all of the review from the people that have been rippedoff by extreme hca. I am another. Not only did they rip me off, they hung up on me. And put my phone number on a block list, so I couldn't call back. Also the product doesnt work. They were supposed to pay for every pound that I dropped. When I called to say I haven't loss anything, they had now knowledge of a such promise. After they charged me. She said you should have gotten an email for the comfimed amount. She couldn't repeat back my email address. I asked to speak with someone else they refuse to put someone else on. unsatisfied

Thanks for the information, I just received a call from someone from this company and while i was talking to the gentleman on the phone I googled and checked this report.  It really helped and prevented me from making the same mistake.  I literally had to firmly tell this gentleman that I was not going to get the product from them because I was not confident that I was not going to later be charged for the product even if I canceled on time.  I asked him, if you offered 100 customers to only pay $4.95 for shipping and 30 days to cancel on a product that is $99.95, and each 100 customers canceled, then Xtreme HCA would not make a profit, yet loose thousands of dollars (-$9500 loss).  Hence, this is a rip off to me and I thank you once again for sharing your experiences.  I will find the product online from GNC and pay when I want.

 When I read your complaint I knew that I didn't misunderstand their sale pitch.

They are making us all believe we miss understand the terms and conditions of their call and they also said it was recorded.  When I asked to hear the recording they hung up on me.  This was like the third time they have done that.

 the exact thing that happened to the lady that posted a rip off reports happen to me I called them and told them I did not want the product when I first ordered it ,they told me I have 15 days to cancel .I called on the 14th day which was a Sunday and they were closed so therefore I called Monday and they said it was the 16th day that they could not refund me my $99.99 also ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and he said he was the supervisor

don't recall his name to leave it was John.so of course I was not satisfied with his answer I called again the next day and spoke to A lady and she Also told me the same thing .and both the gentlemen and the lady I spoke to had that rude attitude towards me and tell me point blank there was nothing they could do but when I spoke to that lady she said all she could was cancel future order and only refund my bank $25 point blank that there was nothing else She could do said it would take 72 hours and i still haven't received anything it has been a whole week.
