These guys are a scam. They pretend to be the local yellow pages and simply want to "verify" that your info is correct if you sign and mail it back to them they will try to bill you $329 every 6 months. Complete waste of time trying to call them... their customer service is non-existent. They hold their ground threaten to send to collections. I hope the real YP sues them.
They go under serveral aliases and most likely recycle their domain names after enough people trash them online:
