Yellowfin Logistics LLC is a despicable auto transport broker.
The following is my own personal opinion combined with the facts of my experience today in dealing with this shady and dishonest company:
I am being harassed by a company called Yellowfin Logistics LLC. This company constantly posts vehicles on Central Dispatch that are "leads" and NOT "loads". This is because the customer is usually unaware that their vehicle was ever posted and they never gave Yellowfin permission to do so. They frivolously post vehicles so as to scare away other brokers from calling the same customer when those other brokers have also purchased the customer's information (i.e. "lead") from a lead vendor.
I purchase my leads from a company called irelocation and apparently, Yellowfin Logistics LLC is in the same lead rotation that my company Transport Connection is in. Earlier today they posted a customer's Chevrolet Volt on Central Dispatch. I did not post this vehicle since the customer was not yet sure as to what he wanted to do with regards to the transport. I NEVER post vehicles on Central Dispatch unless I have both a signed contract and a credit card deposit. I am certain that Yellowfin doesn't operate their company according to the same standards with which I operate mine. They blatantly and fragrantly violate the rules of Central Dispatch and I NEVER do.
Yellowfin Logistics LLC gave my company Transport Connection a negative rating and since I NEVER posted that customer's vehicle (I defy Yellowfin to show proof to the contrary), NO rules were broken. I called Yellowfin and told a telemarketer there named "Jackie" to cease and desist frivolously posting vehicles on Central Dispatch. Just to get on my nerves, she gave my company a negative rating for posting the Chevrolet Volt. Again, I defy this company Yellowfin Logistics LLC to show ANY proof whatsoever that I EVER posted this customer's vehicle on Central Dispatch.

I just spoke with the owner of this company and he is a very nice guy and now we are good friend

Please disregard my complaint as the owner of Yellowfin Logistics LLC, Chris Ovuka, was unaware that his telemarketer was engaging in the harassing behavior as described in my report.
He is a very friendly guy and we spoke for a very lengthy period about business, the coronavirus, etc. He assured me that this "Jackie" would no longer post false negative ratings against my company Transport Connection, or harass me in any way.
It takes a small business owner owner to deal with another small business owner to resolve any conflicts, and Chris is now one whom I can consider a good friend.
