Our company has had almost nothing but good reviews, but there are 2 bad reviews that still show up on the top of the list of our reviews on Yelp. Yelp calls us weekly asking us to pay a subscription fee in order to move the bad reviews farther down the page. No matter how many good reviews we keep getting, those bad reviews stay on top, and Yelp keeps asking us for payment to get the reviews off the front page. Yelp is a bogus review site.

With this yelp site it was different for me. First off, the site is a joke and messed up. Id go to places that had great reviews and experience very poor, rude, CRAPPY service. *examples are like la fonda, dicks last resort etc, or autoshops* When I wrote my negative feedback, it was quickly deleted, EVEN IF IT WAS IN THE GUIDE LINES!!! I found that the owners employees wrote positive reviews, how can I tell? The idiot manager posted his real pic, that you could find on there official website, and said 'the above feedback is a discruntle cow with no life.' *aka the obvious la fonda owner stated b/c of his pic* As for the places with negative reviews, I went and it was actually pretty good, both big or small businesses. Maybe the reviews were fowl play or the business just cleaned up there act and the bad reviews stayed BUT...when my positive review was posted...IT was deleted rightaway. So, as a customer I feel that its abuse to us as well as to businesses who are good and competitors are trying to eliminate. Thats why yelp.com is on here b/c my experience is that they are a ripoff.^_^
