I've ordered from yessmoke a couple times and didn't have any problems. However, In May 2004 I've ordered 2 cartons and received them in June only to find out that I had to pay $60 worth of taxes (I live in Canada). I returned the parcels and e-mailed yessmoke to ask them when I would get my money back. They told me it would range from 30-45 days. It's September right now and so far I still haven't received a single penny yet!I have been taken advantage of and now will have to suffer great loss because of these liars and thiefs. On top of that they haven't returned my e-mails for the past month!

My title says it all. I have never had difficulty with this company. They have made a couple of errors but promptly made right, the situation. They always checked back with me to see if the problem was corrected. I'm sorry your experience was so negative and I suppose if I ended up having to pay out $60 in taxes unexpectedly I would be ticked off too.
