I represent an online consultation firm and I have a client that invested in a software that I intended to host with YoHost.org. I paid for the server via Liberty Reserve (no refunds) and waited for the server, it was delivered on Monday March 21, 2011. I loaded the server with a wordpress blog describing the changes taking place with the software and how you could purchase the beta copy.
On Tuesday morning, at around 5am my time, I noticed the server was offline. This was less than 16 hours after the server was delivered. I emailed their support department and got a rude email back saying that they did not support spam. I have never sent a spam email message in my life and because I have a client that invested in an email software, they have refused to refund the payment or host any other data.
This is a completely fraudulent activity and is shameful. I recommend that you stay as far away from this host as possible. Both I and my attorney had been over YoHosts' terms of use and in no way did we violate any policy, law, or regulation in our hosting content. YoHost is simple a con-artist that uses anonymity as a lure for people to come to him that are more susceptible to scamming. This is a fraudulent business and I have filed a report with the FTC and Internic convcerning this event.
