(((Redacted))) A Website which exposes the truth behind Mall Ventures Inc. (d.b.a. 2by2.net), 7 Solutions Inc. (d.b.a. Infenet.com), Orejen.com and Vizion One (V1inc) in an effort to inform individuals of the companies' deception and greed. (((Redacted))) WHY 2by2.net IS A COMPLETE SCAM / PYRAMID SCHEME Just by name, 2by2 sounds like a pyramid scheme. (A 2x2 matrix is the simplest of all pyramid schemes) The fact that 2by2 is a Multi-Level-marketing Pyramid is established and undeniable - the question is whether 2by2 a pyramid scheme? Quite simply, the answer is yes. 2by2 fits all the definitions and characteristics of a pyramid scheme, which means one should be extremely careful. The following are points to remember about pyramid schemes according to the FTC, and a response to each one which shows how 2by2 fits all the characteristics of not only a suspicious MLM organization, but also of a pyramid scheme. "A pyramid scheme is an organization in which the members obtain their monetary benefits primarily from the recruitment of new members rather than selling goods and services to the public." As a 2by2 representative, your primary duties are recruiting more distributors. Of coarse, you are required to fulfill a minimum quota of two paying customers. However, the profits from obtaining customers versus the profits from signing up additional distributors are miniscule. 2by2's internet access is an inferior product which is simply a smoke screen used to make 2by2's pyramid quasi-legal. Never forget that the emphasis (as reiterated by your 2by2 representatives) is on recruiting additional distributors. "The main benefit of membership is the right to recruit others and to receive monetary compensation for doing so." Yes, this is the driving idea behind becoming an "EC" and "IR" for 2by2. "If the scheme shows a chart in which "exponential expansion" is presented and there are products to sell, but all the emphasis of the organizers is on getting you to recruit other distributors, not retail products, you are most probably in a pyramid scheme." Yes, this is definitely the case with 2by2. After fulfilling a meager customer quota, all your attention is geared towards recruiting additional distributors. (see above) Furthermore, if each distributor signs up only the minimum two people, the chart will expand exponentially by powers of 2. "Selling "legitimate products" does not make a MLM company legitimate or legal." This is important to keep in mind with 2by2, especially since their product is of questionable legitimacy. 2by2's access is only slightly cheaper - it is proven (Yahoo! Magazine) that a great majority of existing dial-up customers would not be willing to switch their ISPs, even for a savings of a few dollars monthly. Additionally, 2by2's online shopping mall is a complete joke. Click here to jump to a detailed analysis of 2by2's worthless products. "Being profitable or having its stock traded on a stock exchange does not make a MLM company legal or legitimate." 2by2 is reported as profitable, but that does not make it legitimate! Infact, it will be proven subsequently with specific figures that 2by2 profits from the gullibility of its members, and the nature of the 2by2 pyramid transfers all the debt to "distributors." No wonder it's debt free. "Being 'debt free'or being listed in the Entrepeneur Magazine's list of '500 Fastest Growing Private Businesses' does not make a MLM company legitimate or legal." The reason that 2by2 was evaluated as 16th fastest growing business was that the 2by2 pyramid brings in enormous amounts of money. (See next section for specific figures) At 2by2 meetings, guests are tantalized by big-name firms such as Dun & Bradstreet and reputable business magazines. So what? Does the mere mention of reputable firms somehow legitimize 2by2's Pyramid Scam? "Just because a MLM company has not been prosecuted by the government, does not guarantee its legality." Reps often say that if 2by2 were illegal or if it were a scam, it would have already been exposed. Not true! In reality, prosecution of MLMs and pyramid schemers is a complicated, arduous legal process. A great many of them dissolve and go bust before any legal action can be taken, and still more use legal loopholes to avoid prosecution. Just because 2by2 hasn't been caught yet doesn't mean its legitimate. Infact, it is already being investigated by the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent marketing claims and practices, stealing money, and providing terrible service. Click here for the full report on 2by2. "MLM Pyramid Schemes will collapse when they run out of members to recruit. The bottom levels of the pyramid will always lose their money. " Just think of what will happen when 2by2 has saturated the area with representatives? There will be no more people joining, and no more money flowing in. The Pyramid will collapse and the bottom levels will always lose their money, as they will find it impossible to recruit more members. Even if they do, then those members will never be able to recruit more. 2by2 is a mathematical trick - it is just a gamble on when the scam will collapse. *** Don't be fooled by 2by2 any longer. Not only does it fit all the characteristics of a Pyramid Scheme, but it is a flat out scam built on deception. It is only thinly-veiled by a supposed product. The whole point of 2by2 is to recruit more members, and profit from their admission fees. Eventually, there will be no more members to recruit. Somebody will always lose, and you don't want that to be you. Worst of all, you don't want it to be your friends and family. By becoming a "certified e-commerce consultant," your main job is to find more suckers to buy into the dream. If the people you recruit end up getting burned, how would that end up reflecting upon you? Would you be willing to bring your friends and family into something that is mathematically proven (see next section) to fail? There is little doubt that if you get in 2by2 now, you can probably end up getting some money. The money is real, but the dream is false. It is a proven scam. *** The real question is: Are you willing to sacrifice your morals (knowingly participate & bring others into a scam) to make a bit of money? Ironically, as 2by2.net reps love to say, "this is a choice that only you can make!"
