Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Although the staff at YoungPowersprtsxl in Centerville, Utah, were polite and welcoming, I felt deceived and exploited. Initially, I was asked for a $2,000.00 deposit, yet the final cost soared to over $33,000.00, exceeding the sales price quoted to me by $5,000.00. As a 100% Disabled Vietnam Era Veteran, this situation is especially upsetting. Despite assurances to minimize costs, it seems my circumstances were taken advantage of.

Upon addressing my concerns with the main salesman, Quan, he assured me he would follow up but has since been avoiding me. This treatment has left me feeling disillusioned and neglected. I had explicitly stated that I could not manage payments over $300.00 a month, a figure they promised to accommodate.

You still refuse to answer the repeated question: What is the total balance due as indicated on the invoice? Obviously, the answer does not weigh in your favor. You are a phony.

You have failed to substantiate your claim that you were ripped off. Your claim is bogus.

Who Are These People???

Please, pray tell, who are our superiors and our board members??? Last I checked, I don't have any! All of use who have been posting on this site for some time, are completely familiar with those who just cannot stand being wrong. They cannot offer any intelligent rebuttal so its the "you must work for them" immature nonsense or its numerous other forms of the same nonsense. We are also very much aware and have observed how when the original poster just can't stand being thwarted or proven to have made mistakes to cause the problem, come back with some sort of embellishment of the original story. Bottom line here is for whomever you were allegedly buying this unit for, what you're complaining about is the price and there's nothing wrong with that! However, the price isn't a SECRET as it is fully disclosed in the documentation which anyone with half a brain or even a thimble full of financial common sense WILL READ before signing to AGREE TO THE TERMS. You were NOT committed to this purchase and YOU could have READ the price and DECLINED the purchase based on your allegation of a price differential. Apparently YOU CHOSE NOT TO DO THAT! This is equal to somebody who puts on a blindfold to cross the street and in their dying seconds blames the truck which hit them. How dumb does it get! That is the price you agreed to. If you didn't like said price then YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE!

Watch Out !!! Young PowerSportsXL Perfected The Professional Run Around,

I received this response today from an Indian Dealership aware of immoral unethical antics, I fell victim to.

Regardless of what others may think, I know I got played, and in essence, Ripped Off by Young PowerSportsXL in Centerville, Utah by padding the Overall Total Bill and cost of goods -

A 2024 Indian Springfield cost $33,000.00+ from Young PowerSports  !!

Below I quote:"Sat 6/15/2024 11:02 AM

You can definitely try, but Young Powersports is owned by a Car Dealership owner, so they are going to run you around and do everything they can to keep your money. If you could figure out if the extra charges were for Warranty products; you can find out the company names and call them to try and get a refund?"

Here is the rewritten text:

"You think you know a lot, but in reality, you know very little. Did it ever occur to you that the purchase was meant to be a gift for my son, whom I am very proud of? All you have done is made hurtful comments, attempting to belittle me and force me to escalate this matter to your superiors and even the Board Members due to your disrespectful behavior."  Congratulations Idiot -

They didn't seek you out to allegedly change the price. In reality, it is YOU who had the FINAL SAY IN THE MATTER! You can put away the sympathy card because being a Veteran HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS! I'm damned sick and tired of you people who make us who have honorably served look like a bunch of whining babies because as soon as something doesn't go your way, its because you are a veteran, elderly, a man, a woman and on and on it goes. The reality is if you bought this thing, NOBODY FORCED YOU! You were presented with documentation which showed you the price plus the addition of any FAKE FEES. If the bottom line price was NOT what you agreed to, then YOU DON'T AGREE TO BUY IT! What you're whining about is you probably didn't READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you agreed to it and/or YOU didn't have the backbone to WALK OUT!

Fortunately, You Have That Invoice

The total amount due is noted on the bottom line of the invoice you received when you paid your deposit. What is the total balance due as indicated on that invoice?

It is uncommon for a 100% disabled person to consider operating a power sport vehicle.

Your response indicates your motive to care more about your bottom line than the care and concerns of your customers.  Yes, I signed and am responsible which has never been my issue.  My issue is the smooth manipulative behavior you consider salesmanship. When a customer asks the store what something ultimately costs, just be honest. Tell the truth, maybe consider telling them with all the embellishments and additional fees, etc., instead of $22900.00 plus tax it will be approximately $33,000.00.

I intentionally mentioned my military background because many members of Your staff mentioned there's; which I now realize was a mistake because the only issue you care about is how much money you can squeeze out of a possible customer.

I find YoungPowersportsxl does have some good people, mostly in the service deptartment, but the sale staff lacks integrity.
