Your Family Auto Care MOBIL GAS STATION ON WEST JERICHO TPKE / ROUND SWAMP RD INTERSECTION Scammed out of thousands of dollars jumping around main issues with vehicle. Ended up costing me more than car was worth & still NOTHING. Took complete advantage of me and left my car in undriveable condition until I got it fixed Huntington New York

I made the mistake of taking my car to this place to have it checked out. Immediately after I drove it in the bay, I was told the car wasn't driveable. First trip I spent $1,324 & I was told the problem was DEFINITELY fixed. Not even 5 minutes after I leave, car shuts off completely. They BARELY come and help me bring the car back as if I was troubling them for their time. Theres a Mexican worker and the owner KURT who is probably the most condescending person I've met for someone in his position told me I had to pay another $3,000 to get it fixed. After 2 weeks, I go to pick up my car and NOW my engine makes noises and found out there's a gas leak from another place. Worst experience of my life. They put FAMILY in their name to sucker people in to thinking you can trust them. Save your money and grief and drive to the BP 100 feet away. They have professionals that don't need to scam people into paying their bills. The gas at this FAMILY CENTER might even ruin your car.
P.S. THEY WON'T WRITE YOU A RECEIPT EVEN IF YOU ASK FOR ONE
