This company is a scam do not do business with them they are not on the bbb they have 2 different names they steal bluegreen information and they ask you to send a check do not do buissnes with them at all they only place it on the internet and they never sell it . Don't do it

I agree that timeshare options is a scam they told us they were going to do numerous things and unfortunately my husband signed documents before I read them and they disclaim every word they said to us on the phone in the contract! Don't listen to anything they tell you, as soon as they get your money you will never hear from them again!

I seen this after paying them and was worried, but good thing I didn't see it prior to listing with them because if I did I wouldn't have. They sold my blue green points in 72 days, check was in my mailbox. I listed with the suggested company of blue green which was pinnacle, and more than 6 months passed with nothing. Figure blue green shafted me again, so this company , yourtimeshare.com called and I gave them a shot. Glad I did. Wish I never listened to blue green and waisted my time and money with there suggestion of pinnacle. But either way they worked for me, so I say good to go there.

First off, it is next to impossible to sell a used time share! READ THAT AGAIN, please! It is next to impossible because buying one new is an extremely bad deal...it is a TERRIBLE DEAL! All these places operate with the same M. O. They tell you they have so, so many potential buyers who want your exact time share and as such, you need to pay them IN ADVANCE so they can make the deal. So I ask you, if they have so, so many people who want your exact timeshare, why do you need to pay them one penny in advance? Why not commission, due and payable at the time of sale? Answer? They don't have all these potential buyers and THEY KNOW its "mission impossible" to sell yours! So, they come up with all kinds of BS to justify why you need to pay them in advance. You pay them and your money is gone and you still own the timeshare.
Second lesson. You say they are not a "member" of the BBB. Sorry, its NOT the BBB...its the "BBB-BS! Any business can BUY into the BBB-BS. A business IS NOT INVITED to "join" because they have such a stellar reputation. The BBB-BS SCAM is to make you think they are some type of a government agency WHICH THEY ARE NOT! Any business can BUY their way into the BBB-BS. For their PURCHASE, the business gets one of the BBB-BS purely PHONEY "accreditations". ANYBODY who wants to PAY THE PRICE, gets their completely phoney "rating". The SCAM is exactly like somebody selling fake diplomas. I urge you to go to You Tube and search for "BBB Scam". Anybody who's been in business for longer than ten minutes knows exactly all about the BBB-BS.
