I mistakenlly bought a travel package from them on April 1th. I got the confirmation email on the 12th with the terms and conditions.  I emailed my cancellation that day, which was according to their condition, "Our cancellation policy is seven (7) calendar days from the time of purchase. Intent to cancel must be received by email transmission dated within the seven (7) day time period to [email protected]."

By April 14th, hearing nothing, I called to confirm.  They told me to send a request for a confirmation email, which I did.  Today is 5/8 and I have been calling literally every day to speak with someone about my cancellation to no avail.  I am consistently told by Lisa that she will give my information to someone who will return the call.  Nothing.  After a week of calling and getting no response, I asked to speak with someone else.  I was told there is only one person in the entire company who handles cancellations and she woud make sure Darlene got my messages.  Still nothing.  Calling every day for the next week, the excuse became they are in a meeting So, I started calling at the beginning then at the end of the day.  They were still in meetings.  

I asked for the name of the owner, who I was told is Sherry Elkin, but was also told she is unreachable and has no direct or indirect number to call.  Lisa continues to tell me there is nothing she can do.  Yesterday, I asked her if she would make a commitment to call me before she leaves the office to tell me who she gave my information to and what the response was, and she committed.  I did not hear from her.

Last night, I received a call from another of their sales reps, who said his name was Tony Peters.  He said he was the floor manager and was appalled at how I have been treated, took my information and said he would take this directly to the director when we got of the call and someone would call.  Still have not heard.

Called and got Lisa this morning.  She told me she couldn't find my file, Tonly is only a sales rep, not a floor manager and there is no such person as a director in their company.  Her excuse for not calling me back was she has hundreds of calls every day and forgetting one phone call is not cause of a problem.

Last week she told me they had told her they have a policy that they have 30 days to refund my money.  That does not appear on any documents they provided me.  It is now 4 days away from a full month of calling every day to speak to someone about this with no response what so ever but Lisa telling me she would get my info to the right person and they will get back to me.  Darlene is the only person in their entire company who handles cancellations.
