*I suggest anyone who finds this page to do a search on ripoff report for Mpell. You will find several more reports about this issue, only after the fact. After we fulfilled these terms, were approved, but were not paid by Mpell. This is the first report found in a google search for Mpell and it has never been replied to by a consumer, giving a visitor a false impression that Mpell is reputable.* First, your own words: "Our clients, YourTopBrands in this case, pay us a fee to ship products to their consumers according to their exact instructions. Mpell mails a check to the consumer when the certificate redemption instructions, created by our client, are met." OK, so do your job. Because after many of us did meet those requirements and were approved by you, we were not paid. Instead, what Mpell has done is to cost many of us money in order to meet those redemption instructions, and after we are approved by Mpell, 10 weeks later they refer us back to ARG/YourTopBrands for payment. So what EXACTLY is the point of Mpell? For customers of ARG/YourTopBrands, Mpell's job is to cost us money, time, energy, our personal information, and grief. But, as long as they are truly sorry and have the dearest of sympathy's, that makes all of that waste A-OK. Just as long as Mpell got paid by ARG/YourTopBrands, right Mpell? At least someone got their money. Hopefully, other companies see these reports and choose a different fulfillment company. Second, that attempt at analogizing yourself with the UPS: The job of any mail carrier is to get something from point A to point B. The issue with Mpell isn't about a failure in transportation and handling. We received a rebate certificate (s) sent by Mpell. What we didn't get is the payment Mpell promised. Mpell didn't send a check and UPS lost it, Mpell sent nothing of value (and we were told the check would be sent by regular mail, anyway, not UPS). Mpell has one job, that as a fulfillment house. They fulfilled nothing. Mpell said they were going to pay provided we met the requirements, and after we were approved that never happened. We were not paid. A simple end of the story. Your BBB rating is a mirage. We thought we were headed toward an oasis, an end to this ordeal with ARG/YourTopBrands, and all we ended up with was another pile of sand. You. Mpell. Here, let me give you a better analogy: You taking offense to this ripoff accusation, is similar to a mugger taking offense to being maced.

Mpell Solutions is a BBB accredited company with an A rating. We are a fulfillment company which simply means we ship products for our customers. In every case, our clients are responsible for advertising and offer eligibility, we are not, and we have no control over their actions. Our clients, YourTopBrands in this case, pay us a fee to ship products to their consumers according to their exact instructions. Mpell mails a check to the consumer when the certificate redemption instructions, created by our client, are met. The offer is financed by the company who made that offer, not us, and they only pay for redemptions that meet the criteria they established. We are in no way responsible for any of the issues described in this complaint. In fact, we take offense at even being mentioned. It is akin to blaming UPS if you are unsatisfied with a product purchased at Amazon. Or thinking the Post Office should cut a check for a cell phone rebate that was declined by your carrier. We truly understand and sympathize with the complaints being posted. In hindsight, our mistake was accepting this type of business. We respectfully ask that you don't shoot the messenger, we're doing our best in the limited role that we have.
