Youth Renew Ripoff and Disceptive Internet
Order some sample face cream and eye cream to try and a couple weeks later noticed some charges that went through on my account. When I called to cancel and tell them I no longer wanted to be charged, they went on and on about how I had agreed to the terms when I ordered and that I could not get a refund, but could cancel. You would think they would ask how you like the product, but instead they were insistent that they had "got me" and would do me a favor by refunding 35% of my money and then the more I complained it was up to 50%. Do not order--very unethical and poor practices.
