My wife signed up for a free trial of the Youth Renew face cream and eye cream. She paid $10 for shipping. They recommended she try the product for 30 days to see results. Little did she know, in the fine print under the terms of agreement she only had 14 days to cancel the product or they would start auto shipping the product using the credit card she was required to use for shipping the free product. A month later when she was looking through our finances she found two charges to youth Renu for $91 and $95. She called to cancel the product, because she realized that she was being shipped product she did not order. After several minutes of hastling them they finally agreed to reduce the cost of the order by 50%, but they refused to allow her to return the product although it had yet to be opened. I feel that they were not very forth coming and am not satisfied with their unethical way of business. Definetely not worth the money either.
