Like others, I received a mailer from the Yellow Pages marked "Not a Bill" asking me to confirm details of my new business listing. On the back was fine print I did not see, saying that if I signed, I was committing to an email marketing plan and they would charge me $329 every 6 months.
Once I realized that these guys were a bunch of soulless scammers, I called the number listed on the mailer to cancel, but that number was disconnected. Next thing I know, Malvnin Sando, from YPedia is calling me and emailing me trying to collect and threatening my company with large fees. This is a scam and they are pathetic. Now they have "collections" calling me, which other sites have indicated is really just their in-house people calling and threatening other small business owners.
They will never get a penny from me and if they call again, I will call the Attorney General and BBB for Texas, where they are located.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General for Texas and the Dallas Better Business Bureau.
