Ypedia Yellow Pages Online Services YPedia.com deceptive advertising Irving Texas Milford Michigan
I just opened a new office location. I received a letter stating that yellow pages online JUST wanted to verify our information. On the letter it said that it was an urgent letter and a final notice and that we must reply immediately. Also, it said that it is not a bill. Anyone who opens an office knows how stressful it can be. I get a lot of phone calls and letters from different companies that want to verify our new address and phone numbers and other information. And so when I looked at the letter from ypedia or as it says on it yellow pages online and saw the logo of yellow pages I signed the letter and sent it back. A week has gone by and I received a BILL of $329.
I called the toll free number indicated in the bill and I asked to cancel everything because I never asked to have the service. He answered me that he can cancel my service (for the future..) but I have to pay for the current bill.
This scam site is horrid, deceptive and filled with lies. As soon as you see the envelope with Yellow Pages Online Services from Irving,TX immediately place it in the trash. If push comes to shove I will gladly go to court over this scam.
