I am also a victim of ypedia.com. I just opened a new office location. I received a letter stating that yellow pages online JUST wanted to verify our information. On the letter it said that it was an urgent letter and a final notice and that we must reply immediately. Also, it said that it is not a bill. Anyone who opens an office knows how stressful it can be. I get a lot of phone calls and letters from different companies that want to verify our new address and phone numbers and other information. And so when I looked at the letter from ypedia or as it says on it yellow pages online and saw the logo of yellow pages I signed the letter and sent it back. A week has gone by and I received a BILL of $329. I was shocked and didn't know what to think. I went online and search for this company and so hundreds of complaints against them of the same nature. I then realize I am a victims of a scam, a fraud. I tried to call the 800 number but no one answered. I know owe this company $329. This company should be ashamed of themselves tricking small businesses like that. After seeing all the complaints online I am now ready to file a complaint against them at the state attorney general, the federal trade commission, BBB, file a mail fraud on USPS, Mail goodady.com, go to the press and anyone else I can find if I don't hear back from them. Do not fall for this trap. This is a scam.
