Yuguang_liu Ordered a desigual bag that I had seen on line thinking it was an original bag. This company sent me a Michael kors bag instead which looks a cheap knockoff! MinHangQu Shanghai

I was wanting to purchase a handbag I'd seen on line - it was a desigual brand. Today I recieved a parcel from the company I am complaining about as I recieved a cheap looking Michael Kors bag instead. It is difficult to even contact them as no web address and they make the phone number too confusing.
