Holly, can you tell me which property you are referring to? I am afraid I do not recall any situation that you are referring: "buyer non performance." ??? I do not recall any "buyer non-performance" in my career. I listed three properties for two clients in 2018 and I received positive input from both and one even reviewed on zillow.com. I listed one property in 2016 and one in 2017, received very good reivew from both.
I provide a good Customer Service, I have a mission and always have my client's interest first before myself and my family, all those clients I served have appreciated my services.
