Steer clear at any cost. This company is run like a room full of teenagers telemarketing to score their monthly allowance out of your bank account. If I wanted -ZERO- response, support and spiteful behavior, I'd force my high school Senior to hang out with me. They were so nice to me when they wanted my money...just like my teenager.

After pursuing me for two years, the rep that kept calling me talked me into a 6-month deal at a reduced rate with the setup fee split over 2 months. Once you're "in", the product is absolute junk and there's nothing else to pay for past setup. It's $49 or $99/month depending on the package you choose, plus a hefty "setup fee". The IDX search is wholly inadequate for any market.

I followed their instructions and submitted a written 30-day cancellation, and they responded that they would keep taking their money out of my bank account until the 6 months were done. After 6 months, I was also going through a brokerage change, and we argued again about the 12-month contract, the 30-day written cancellation, and control over my domain, which is my branded domain and my also name.

They demanded another $200 from me to "buy out" the remainder of my contract, which is the only way they would stop automatically withdrawing $99 out of my bank account every month.

I have also been requesting they relinquish control over my domain, which has taken relentless follow up and a long series of emails, phone calls, and attempted live chat sessions -- and I still don't have my domain back. I finally got them to redirect my domain after three explosive phone calls to a temporary site with my new brokerage.

Since I no longer had accept to my previous brokerage email, they told me if I wanted control over my domain name that I would need to submit a domain transfer, which I did from GoDaddy over a week ago (at a cost of another $40). They responded by saying they needed another form for me to fill out and sign since I couldn't email them from my old email address, and also required a copy of my Driver's License, which I did immediately (what else can I do at this point???) .

This morning, I tried again to get them to complete the domain transfer, and the customer service rep "hung up" our live chat with me. When I tried to live chat again, they were "Closed". It's a ridiculous company and I would recommend to anyone that they STEER CLEAR!
