Complaint Review: Zabasearch.com Peopledata.com - Simi Valley California

First off I like to see them and others who put personal information out to others.out of biz.. its no ones business where i live and how old i am and what time i go to the bath room. I have talk to some single ladys who are scared to death over this as they are afraid some stalker or rapist or some one is going to rob them or defraud there idenity over being listed in some fly by nite out fit who wants make money off any one who will pay them to check out there personal records on any one.. This is not a business or a goverment site..Its a plot to make money on peoples private information. Yes i also told them I was going to sue them if they did not remove me. I sent that web site to the white house, to the Tn sentors and also to all the local tv stations.... Yes i have heard back from one sentor.This kind stuff is being brought up about personal information and to put a stop to it. I have ask this site to remove my info 3 times,,well its still there, and now i found out by reading in it futher i have to send them a snail mail to be removed, the only thing they are doing when you reply to them is stealing your e-mail address...

Im a little confused here. People data is still up and running. I use it alot to track down old friends I have just dandy results. In fact through people data I did background search on myself and found out that my own mother was usning my name and SN to order stuff with my good credit. You could imagine how odd I felt when i saw that I was listed as a 55 year old woman, when clearly I am a 20 year old male. But anyway, sorry to hear that people have had problems with this site. I have never had a problem with it. I dont think its a ripoff. till I get ripped off Im gonna keep using it..

I noted the rebuttal from Jevin, who insists Zabasearch and Peopledata are not the same. However, let me elaborate a bit more. In addition to having the same address, with the exception of a suite number, Jevin is listed as the COO on each site. Next, the contact email address on zabasearch.com is "[email protected]." And most importantly, I had never heard of peopledata.com until I recieved my financial statement. The funds I paid were deducted from my account. However, the payee was to peopledata.com. It was at this time I began my investigation and learned about this rip off. This has only increased with Jevin's response since a "Jevin" is listed as a member of management on both sites. If the two are not the same, well, they sure are kissing cousins. By the way, I have already emailed BOTH sites, including the email address Jevin provided. To date, I have not obtained a response. As I said with the initial post, BUYER BEWARE.

This is to Jevin who evidently is one of Zaba Searches little puppets. Number one it is illegal to provide people's personnel information with out their expressed consent to do so. Zaba Search might just find themselves in a ton of legal trouble if someone locates someones address on the sight and an incident occurs such as a rape, murder etc. Some people don't want to be found and or have their personnel information posted on the internet for all to see. I understand that their is a charge to see a full report of someone's information, but just an address or a phone number could be enough for someone to be tracked down. I am a private investigator in the state of Florida and only acquire information from approved sights for business purposes. I will never use a sight such as yours, as Zaba Search is the bottom of the barrel. I am definitely going to use all my resources and pass the word in order to get Zaba Search shut down. Count on it. By the way Jevin, when you go to Zaba Search.com you only reach the search engine. Their is no link or phone numbers to Customer Service. Just thought id let you know so that you might not put out further erroneous information about your sad sight. Have a good day.

Nia- I agree - While I did get the search information quickly and accuratly I also have had problems and will file my own complaint. As far as what you stated in your complaint I must say that they DO NOT respond to emails. Now I know they can get their email through to me, so that excuse won't work with me. I just thought people should know that there are some problems with ZabaSearch that can't be explained away.
