Well now see dispite my misinterpretation of that act you got linked to and or was able to find lots of info that helps you out in your situation.. Im not saying that I deserve a thanks.. but yeah, you're right.. perhaps I should have read it.. but had I read it I would have then had a greater understanding for it.. see now if I go and look up information on people I cant tell authorities I didnt know it wasnt right..

The FOIA deals with GOVERNMENT agencies. NOT public web-sites trying to make a buck!!! I not only looked it up on Google, I read the whole thing, perhaps you should have done the same. And the state of California's Attorney General will decide if they have to remove me, since I have contacted them, as well as senator's, congressmen and news stations. I have gotten may e-mails regarding my web site. They have no right to put private information there. So please, if you are going to respond to something I write, do a little more research first.
