I understand that Mr. Zahid Makhdoom is a judicial justice of the peace aka a provincial courtroom judge, is in fact a former prisoner.
I understand that he has been the subject of complaints by members of the public. In the Supreme Court of British Columbia:

I understand that the appellants' grounds of appeal of their convictions are that they did not receive a fair trial, that former prisoner Zahid Makhdoom in his capacity as Provincial Court Judge aka Justice of the Peace who conducted the trial failed to give effect to relevant evidence, and that the former prisoner Judicial Justice of the Peace belittled and insulted them.
I understand that former prisoner Makhdoom has misused his title as Justice of the Peace to promote his own political agenda, such as serving as the President of the World Sindhi Institute Board of Directors, and others: http://www.worldsindhi.org/pastevents/biographies/zahidmakhdoom.html .
I understand that at least one formal complaint has been launched against him.with the Office of the Chief Judge. I understand that Makhdoom sits on the bench at the Robson Square Provincial Court, which has allegedly engaged in anti-Semitic actions in the past, such as demanding a Jewish man to remove his yamulka according to reports.
I understand that a practicing judge in British Columbia must carry him/herself in a respectable, honorable, and ethical manner since he/she has agreed that his/her actions are going to be the subject of public scrutiny.
I understand that former prisoner Makhdoom brings with him the Koran which is the Islamic law book into the Provincial Courtroom, and that he is known to give preferential treatment of men over women as taught in the Koran.

I think based on the fact that you have ignored Zahid H. Makhdoom aka Makhdoom JJ's misconduct as alleged hereon, you are in fact Makhdoom himself. Isn't that so, former prisoner? ;)
Former prisoner Makhdoom has allegedly abused his position on the bench, and former prisoner Makhdoom's advocate speaks of my interpretation of the above-noted case, wherein the the appellants exercise their right to complain that former prisoner Makhdoom belittled them.
Former prisoner Makhdoom, I am pleased that you are being exposed to the public and that your evil deeds will not go unpunished.

Am I correct to learn that you dare bring the Islamic law book Koran into the BC courtroom? Did you learn how peaceful Islam is in prison, Makhdoom?
Former prisoner Makhdoom, can you explain why it is alleged that you allowed a contempt of court in the Provincial Court to go unpunished? Is it because the Koran teaches that males are superior to women? Or that you did not like the little Jew (female student who is Jewish) that was before you?
Former prisoner Makhdoom, why not uphold the laws rather than break them yourself or facilitate contradiction thereof? Is it true that you are being investigated once again, former prisoner?
How long will you refrain from obeying the laws that govern society and continue to believe that you are an exception, since you are apparently the only "learned" judge in BC of the religion that we do not speak?
Former prisoner Makhdoom, can you share with us why a former prisoner who allegedly spent months in prison is allowed to sit on the bench?

I'm not sure why your every thought begins "I understand", but in the case of R. v. Vasquez, 2012 BCSC it is clear you do not understand. You have cited the Vasquez case, but you convienently left out the decision of that case. After a review of the Vasquez dicision (which is available for all to read) it should be noted that; first, the appeal was dismissed by Justice Rogers. And finally, Justice Rogers rebuked the appellent on every argument that they presented.
"The appellants produced a copy of the transcript of the trial. I invited Mr. Vasquez to point to those portions of the transcript that supported the appellants’ assertion that the trial was unfair to them. He was unable to do so. Upon my own review of the transcript, I could not find any indication that the proceeding was unfair to the appellants. The trial appears to have been conducted in an entirely normal fashion. I cannot, therefore, give effect to the first ground of appeal."
"The appellants’ second ground of appeal is that the learned Judicial Justice of the Peace ignored or failed to give effect to relevant evidence. he flaw in the appellants’ position here is that the evidence they say was ignored was properly ignored because it was not, in fact, relevant to the proceeding."
"The appellants’ third ground of appeal is that the learned Judicial Justice of the Peace belittled and insulted them. Based on my review of the transcript of the trial, I have come to the conclusion that this complaint can only arise out of the learned Judicial Justice of the Peace’s reasons and not from the conduct of the trial itself."
I have represented the Crown infront of many of the JJP's in the Vancoyver Provincial Court including JJP Makhdoom and I have had him rule for and against me, and in every case I have found JJP Makhdoom to be fair and learned.
When a person goes to a Court and askes a judge to make a ruling it would seem disingenuous to attack the judge when he rules against your argument. The decision is not wrong simply because you don't like it.
In the interest of full disclosure. Have you (the author) ever been before JJP Makhdoom? And what was the outcome?
