This company was hired to create a working website. A detailed statement of work for a quote was given. The deadline for the completion was never met, three months later this site was still not operational and the company requested more money to fix what had never been operational in the first place.
One of the engineers on the project went into a joint site where information about the project was stored and viewed and gained a backdoor access even after they were password locked out of the project. This engineer used the associated bank account, not his or his companys... but the customers account to create a new login in order to re-route the site back through their servers overseas.
When caught at this, the project information site refunded the monies to the customer but the customer had to hire a forensic programmer to deterimine the extent of the damage, malware and ransomware that had been programmed into the site. Even though it was not operational through the customers owned servers, the customer was able to get the site operational with the assistance of a new programmer who stated this was very typical for this company and companies like this who are located overseas to commit financial fraud and try to create problems at additional costs to fix, even though the problems were created by the seller in the first place.
This company claims to have an office in Jacksonville Florida, we sent a certified letter that returned address unknown. We contacted the Sec of State in Florida, no such business is registered in Florida, so another fraudelent claim.

Your comments are so typical but you have yet to provide your USA based attorney's name and address, then all of this can be concluded. And if you talk to female business owners, why is it that when I send you an email you ONLY respond to Ken?

I don’t see anything childish in the last reply. I have proofs for every statement I make, your claims are so imaginary no one will ever believe. There has been Skype chats posted for your reference, where we wanted to discuss with you so badly, but you are the one who ignored us for the payment to be done.
I have attached the NDA for your reference and the email from your partner Ken on Jan-17, which has clearly mentioned our address from India. Please don’t make fake claims again. PayPal business customer support is based out of USA for your information, anyone who runs a business are well aware of their contact centre out of USA.
You are aggravated because your intentions of getting the complete project money back have failed. Can you please post one single email/proof where I mentioned of not talking with you because you are female, Please don’t play this gender biased game. I hope every business is watching your unethical practices and JackRussell Apps LLC or Jackrusselltees.com will be avoided completely.

Ifind the rebuttal listed above to be childish at best. The CEO refused to even discuss the issues unless he received more money on a project that was not completed.
Of course the fact that the company provided forged documents to try and prove their claim is fairly normal for a company that LIES about having a USA location. We only contracted with them because they claimed to be in Jacksonville Florida thinking there is some tangible location to deal with. We do have the proof of foul play and it is in progress with the authorities who will have much more of an impact than even PayPal. PayPal customer service is located in India so of course guess whose side they take in disputes against Anerucan companies? We are far from through with this company and its illegal actions. We will post the police reports and legal letters here once the court system is completed with the case.
The CEO pf this company uses a USA phone number and a phoney address to lure inncoent businesses in. We are conducting an investigation to find out how many of the companies they list on their website are actual customers. They think by not being in the United States that their employee is safe from prosecution. Not true. Oh and one minor detail, This CEO of their company refuses to talk to female customers. Really in this day and age if you want to do business with Americans they better wake up and understand women are a big part of the business world and they are not going to be swindled by smooth talking salespeople who make promises they cannot keep. I have all the conversational documentation and voicesmails to share.\

The company hired us to develop the website www.jackrusselltees.com, we suggested developing the website in Presta shop after different levels of consultation and project plan and the features currently present in the theme a list of cutomized features has been proposed as part of the SOW. The client hired us in a retainer model to save cost and we completed the project in 3 months project initiated on 12th Feb completed on 12th May totally after many scope creep and our team was working on weekends and even with no billing for 3 weeks to make the client happy.
The client had an pending payment of $800 towards the project, the client wanted us to move the website to live so he can check the website on his own server. Based on the goodwill we moved the website to live server and the client both Ken and Gloria confirmed us on Skype informing the website is working fine and will take care of the final payment in the next day.
The team members where following up with the client for payment for 3 continuious week and then the Jack Russell Apps team started to ignore our requests in email, phone and Skype which is our normal communication mode from begining of the project.
On June 1st after consulting with our Legal team, we have sent an email to Ken and Gloria on legal actions will be initiated against their company if the payment is not going to be taken care. That email which sparked them to act defensive, they have started to make outrageous claims with PayPal saying that their website had been held up for Ransomware and disputed all the payment paid towards the project and esclated to an claim resolution with PayPal.
PayPal team requested for the proof of ransom and sabogating of their website, which customer couldn't provide because any forensic engineer can prove only things which have happened with logs. We informed PayPal to get the logs from client and if found any foul from Zaigo Infotech the complete funds can be refunded. But Jack Rusell Apps LLC has no proof to submit with PayPal hence all the case decisions where decided on our favor.
JackRussell Apps - Is a company which will try to rip-off evry single penny they paid you. Beware all the vendors, people like them shouldn't have been in the business.
Zaigo Infotech had its remote offices in Jackson Ville Florida, now we don't and have removed the location way back. I know you failed miserably in all your claims and this is the last thing you can do.
