Zen Van Lines don't cheat by movers company like Zen Vanlines, Alpharetta Georgia
I went movers.com to deliver my stuff from atlanta, Ga to Tampa on july 11 , I got call from Zen vanlines movers company , he spoke lot of sweet words and he promised me to deliver my stuff in 3 to 7 business days, later he told me 7 to 10 business days , one week back he confirmed me on july 29 th, As of now my stuff is not delivered and i don't know where my stuff is,
He is not even not responding my emails, This guy is big cheater, He already took 60% of the payment and he even never comes on phone to talk,
My wife is pregnant and me and my son are sleeping on floors and my wife already complaining about getting back pain, we don't have any stuff at our home even clothes and some important documents , I don't know what to do with this guy, Never believe such companies.

Mr. Kumar was originally given a quote of $1000.00 to transport a small quantity of things to Tampa, FL. He requested that I match a competitor's quote of $800.00. I told Kumar that I could match this price if I can delivery around the 29th with another shipment I had going to Tampa. Mr. Kumar agreed saying he was very flexible with the delivery if he could receive the discounted rate. For the original amount of $1000.00 I could have shipped the items on an affiliates truck and had the shipment there within 3 to 7 business days, but this is not the option Kumar accepted. As it transpired, our other customers move was delayed a couple of days, and his shipment was received on the 2nd. Mr. Kumar also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, this report was closed with no fault assigned to our company. Paul Bedi
