zetronics defective spy glasses sunshades....non-communication with buyer boston massachuettes
over a year ago...i purchased a spy pen.....but never worked. i returned it no problem...
In the meantime i also purchased a dash cam.....still working flawlessly.... it is a great item....I also purchased a spy glasses after the failure of the spy pen!
after receiving the glasses, i thought they were great........but within two weeks and into three and for months later...i kept opening up the glasses case to get out the glasses and utilize them...but they already had the memory filled up and the battery drained....this went on continuiously up to eight months later into november.
okay. i tried(with) success on my end to email and call Zetronics.ONLY one time within eights months did zetronics respond.....and thier response was..: okay jerry we will send you some new suction cups for your dash cam no charge, thank you forshopping zetronics....
a week later the suction cups arrived.
itried callinfg them immediately again and email again and no response. I was out of town for several months away from the phone.but i did have my computer all this time....and no response with either phone or email..
tried months later asking again and exclaiming i wanted the broken glasses fixed repaired or my money back...no response....i called daily for nine days and no response from ZETRONICS!
time has gone by...................................................way too much time has gone by...
i even asked where was i suppose to send the glasses back to...............no response!
YET AFTER ALL THIS TIME ...............saturday the 11th of june i received an (1) the only one.........only stating my initial complaint that shows to things:
(1)-asking complaining about my unusable broken spy glasses and (2)-asking about the suction cups. the company acted as if though they have never even received my email....but they did because the other part of the conversation was answered! and i have object called spy glasses that cost me $149.00 that doesnt work ....nor has it ever worked correctly!
