Zoosk Hidden Fees Henderson Internet
This stupid dating site, which sucks to begin with, finally goaded me into paying for their service. I chose the smallest fee just to not look rude when I was sent a message and couldn't respond. I was told I would have access to all the services, unlimited messaging etc. Well, now I get all these emails stating 'so and so is interested in you' but when you click on their pic you can't even find out who they are unless you pay MORE for "coins." It's such a bait and switch because now that you've paid to have this access then it makes you feel maybe you should pay the extra 20 to 100$ to buy these coins and each person costs you to access them.
At first they allow you to "earn" coins by picking out people who interest you each day. After doing that for about 10 days (I am not sure about this number) they discontinue that option. Only If someone messages me I can respond but if they picked the "wants to meet you" option, I have to pay more.
This is fraudulent because they do not allow you to do what they say when they charge you. Now I'm hearing that they continue to charge even after cancelling most the time. I have had this happen in other situations (Gyms) and good luck ever getting any money back that is taken from your account. This needs to be addressed somehow but I hope I don't get charged any more than I've already WASTED!!!
