"We are a sailing foundation that was directed to this post and subsequently made a significant purchase from ZoumUSA. During the selection process several board members were directed here by Zoums competitors. We believe this post was made by an unscrupulous competitor and likely one that directed us here. We found no evidence anywhere (and we tried) there was truth to it. This site apparently requires no substantiation and in contrast to other sites, this one will not remove reports even if proven fraudulent. There are reports of extortion on Google relating to innocent parties hurt by baseless complaints on this site. It benefits us to resist false claims that unfairly hurt competitors, perpetuate higher prices, and lower quality.
Competition benefits end user(s) through lower prices and higher quality. We feel it is in our best interest to support competition rather than allow a large unscrupulous company to dominate. We chose ZoumUSA after investigating false claims that Zoum boats are Chinese; resale value is lower; and after market service is weak. We found to the contrary. ZoumUSA is well funded and carries no debt; pays bills in a timely manner, hull layup is in their European facility and finish production takes place in the USA; service is excellent. We do not intend to sell our fleet but we found very strong resale trends. We also found extreme loyalty in their customer base.
The boats we purchased from ZoumUSA delivered everything promised including a substantially longer warrantee than the competition."

No response at all other than that the post was a fake? wow. We encourage others to look into Zoum USA before making a purchase.

This is a malicious and fraudulent report. No customer has complained. We are very responsive to all customers. Find out foryourself. We can provide many references or you can contact any of our distributors, vendors, or manufacturers.
In the meantime, "Michael from Los Angeles" should post some kind of proofhe had business dealing with our company.He will not becausehe cannot. In fact, no Michael from Los Angeles transacted or registered with our store within two months ofhis fraudulentfiling. Shame on you!

This complaint is a lie. We have never had a complaint or chargeback and whoever "Michael" is, he is not a customer of ours.
